Immerse into nature with this gorgeous mindfulness meditation to connect with the elements all around us and deep within us. Beginner or experienced meditators all welcome. A lovely way to support a regular practice or start a new one is to join up with like minded people and meditate together. You are welcome to bring a flask of tea and stay to chat and chill after the guided meditation, or float off into the rest of your evening. If you need a cushion or blanket please bring them with you - it's better to stay warm and comfy!
