In this 6 week course you will learn how to use the power of mindfulness and meditation to enhance your body image, self esteem and appreciation for physical body on a much deeper level.
The course includes a 5 step approach to cultivating awareness of habitual behaviour and advice on how to turn it around. There will be tips and techniques on mindful eating, support from Kali and the group members and (of course) some juicy guided meditation practices to let go of what no longer serves you, embrace change and cultivate self love and gratitude so that you can blossom into a better version of your current self with a healthier attitude to lifestyle choices.
We won't be looking at fad diets, selling supplements or doing any crazy rituals. This course is a no nonsense approach to optimum well being by taking personal responsibility for your own health and happiness. It's not a weight loss club, rather a health promotion support group!
