Kali Pearce is not only a fantastic yoga teacher who I enjoy practicing Kundalini with but also a great font of knowledge on meditation, chanting and other spiritual matters which help my busy brain relax. Comes highly recommended!

I contacted Kali for private Reiki and Yoga sessions to help with my fibromyalgia, arthritis and chronic back pain. The Yoga has improved so many aspects of my life, such as my sleeping pattern, relief from constant pain, reduction in stress, my mobility and a much more positive outlook on life. I am also now aware of the importance of listening to my body for what it wants and needs and looking after myself accordingly – as well as taking more care with my diet. I didn’t expect to be able to do as much as I have done without it hurting. Kali has been both patient and understanding by tailoring each session for that individual day depending on how my body was feeling, which resulted in gently working my body and mind in the way that was needed without pushing my limits. I had the most amazing weekend – thank you so much!!! I felt completely rejuvenated, relaxed, grounded and loved at the end. I really needed the time and space given by the retreat to allow this. The schedule and activities arranged were amazing and the yoga classes were great allowing time to be gentle if your body needed that or to push yourself further. The setting and accommodation were lovely and really helped me ground and relate to nature – coming from London it was a lovely escape. I loved seeing and watching all the animals. Additionally, the digital detox was amazing, this is something I will incorporate more in my everyday life – I am already not checking my phone as much and I will not go on Facebook every hour of the day – it is unnecessary.

I started Kali’s 12 week beginner course to meditation back in the summer and all I can say is WOW. I first met Kali in fleet and she was my PT she helped me transform not only my body but also my attitude , my diet and my outlook. I had the pleasure of meeting Kali at Bestival back in 2015 and she has been an inspiration ever since. Her grounding and more spiritual approach to yoga and life lends for a very deep and transforming practise as well as walking away feeling like the body has worked as hard as the mind to restore balance and flexibility. Anyone looking to work with Kali in her classes will walk away feeling energised but also grounded, centered and calm.
