Yin & Hatha Flow Yoga

Yoga with Kali incorporates mindfulness with an emphasis on breath and energy awareness to assist ‘going within’ to draw out the gold from your practice. Kali’s themed classes are carefully pieced together using asana, pranayama and mantra to cultivate a deep connection with your inner being through both dynamic and slow reflective practice to encourage a more spiritual experience.

Practice with Kali in a group class, one to one session, workshop or retreat setting.

Meditation

Kali shares a wealth of knowledge and experience form her own journey of personal transformation from a regular and enriching meditation practice. The benefits of meditation are endless, but just some of the things you can experience with a dedicated practice are: improved sleep, increased energy and reduced stress;  improved concentration, brain function and productivity; better communication, empathy and relating; improved self esteem, awareness and understanding of self; generally more balanced emotionally and better able to deal with life's ups and downs.

Join Kali for supportive group sessions and workshops, tailored one to one guided sessions on Skype or enroll on a course to gain deeper understanding.
