Private Yoga sessions are a great way to get a deeper understanding of yoga, meditation, relaxation and healthy eating along with how to integrate these aspects into your life for transformation and healing.
Personalised programmes can be designed to assist with your specific goals and requirements on a physical, mental or emotional level. Kali has experience working with clients of all ages with various personal goals, intentions and limitations such as stress, chronic illness and injury. These include (but are not limited to):

Having previously worked as a Personal Trainer and with a keen interest in nutrition and healthy eating, Kali understands how to incorporate tools and knowledge from her varied skill-set and experience to help educate, motivate and empower clients with a ‘whole-listic’ programme that addresses health and healing from the inside out.

- consultation to discuss your specific requirements and current health status (free)
- yoga programme bespoke to your needs with illustrated guide and written instruction (£20)
- 12/8/4 x 90 minute sessions which can include yoga, meditation, pranayama, relaxation, stress management, healthy eating guidance either in person or via skype (£45 per 90 mins)
- monthly interim check in call for support and motivation (£25 for 30 mins)
- guided relaxation/meditation recordings (£10)
Gold Package (12 sessions over 90 days – 2 x programme revisions inc) £465 (save 30%)
Silver Package (8 sessions over 60 days – 1 x programme revision inc) £350 (save 20%)
Bronze Package (4 sessions over 30 days) £210 (save 10%)
Single private Yoga sessions are £45 for 90 minutes or £35 for 60 minutes.
Terms & Conditions of service:
- Pre-payment to confirm session is required.
- 50% cancellation fee for 48 hours notice and 100% fee for less than 24 hours notice applies to all private bookings.
- Travel beyond a 5 mile radius may incur additional but reasonable costs to cover expenses.
