- 6:30 – 7:40 pm: Meditate The Beached Lamb cafe, 72 Fore St, Newquay – £6 drop in/£40 x 8 classes
- 8 – 9 pm: Balance Swan Dive Pilates & Yoga studio, 1 Wesley Yard, Newquay – £6 drop in/£40 x 8 classes
- 7:40 – 8:30 am: Revive Mor Workspace, Treloggan Lane, Newquay – £5/£24 for 6 classes

Balance Yoga: A blend of yoga asana, breath work and meditative presence to restore balance within the body and mind. Our vital force or energy (prana/chi) can become unbalanced with pressures of everyday life, the seasons and our health. Yin and yang yoga can help to bring our energy back to equilibrium.
Revive Yoga: A delicious way to start your day. Yoga and breath work to release tension from tired bodies; refresh and revive the mind to reignite focus and concentration; ending with a lovely relaxation to boost vitality for the day. On sunny days we will practice outside on the grass.
Meditate: Each week we practice a 30 minute guided meditation and discuss a thought provoking topic to gain a deeper insight from our practice. Meditating with a group helps to both strengthen and support a regular practice and is a lovely way to link up with like minded people. All welcome.
