Yoga & Meditation classes with Kali

  • 6:30 – 7:30 pm: Learn to meditate – The Beached Lamb cafe, 72 Fore St, Newquay
  • 8 – 9 pm: Yoga for the inflexible – MEN ONLY class – SwanDive Pilates & Yoga studio, 1 Wesley Yard, Newquay

Class descriptions


Yoga for the inflexible: Want to try yoga but feel too inflexible? This class is for you! Men only Yin based Yoga class to improve flexibility in typically tight areas such as; shoulders, lower back, hips and hamstrings. No fluff, just bending and breathing to increase mobility and reduce risk of injury. Slow paced with more focus on alignment and relaxing into the body.

Yin, Breathe & Brunch: tag lineYin yoga floor based poses working on the fascia and energy flow within the body. The class incorporates mindfulness meditation, visualisation and breath work to clear out mental clutter, recalibrate energy flow and restore vitality. Suitable for all levels. Bring a dish to share for brunch afterwards and enjoy time spent with like-minded people.

flowersLearn to meditate: 

A great way to start or support a regular meditation practice. During this 8 week course we practice a number of techniques and learn some useful mindfulness techniques to integrate into everyday life to help us reduce stress and increase happiness. Drop in available subject to availability.
