Fad diets are great for short term results, but ultimately you need to make sustainable changes for long term success. A juice detox is not a fad diet. Think of it as a reset button – an opportunity to identify areas that need changing and time to focus on you and put together an action plan of how you see your eating habits changing after the detox. The detox itself is a way of purifying the body and allowing a clean slate from which you can move forward with your new healthy eating regime.
Taking on a detox programme can be a challenging and emotional time. Often the reason for bad food choices is rooted in an emotional cause and challenging that behaviour can sometimes bring up a roller coaster of emotions.
With this in mind, I have put together a 7 day mindful detox email programme. Inspired by the Juice Detox by Krista, this course compliments the programme with a holistic and mindful approach to healing the mind and body for optimum results.
The course will help prepare you for the juice detox, support you through the process and help with the transition back to every day eating. The course is designed to bring mindfulness to your eating habits to inspire positive motivation for sustainable healthy lifestyle choices that promote long term success.
